Kenneth Hoskins, a 58-year-old African American man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2019. He was fatally shot during an altercation at a convenience store located at 5724 Tidwell Road. The incident occurred around 11 p.m., when Kenneth Hoskins and the suspect, Richard Christopher Russell, got into an argument.
