Isom Homer, a 21-year-old aspiring rapper and father of five, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2019, in Houston, Texas. Homer was found shot inside his SUV, which had crashed into a dry cleaning business on West Gulf Bank Road. The incident occurred around 11:05 p.m., and despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
