Hector Jesus Salazar, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically gunned down on November 16, 2019, in Arlington, Texas. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. on the 2400 block of Summer Place Drive. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Hector Jesus Salazar with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
