Anthony D'Andre Sanks, a 30-year-old African American man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2020. Sanks was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 8800 block of Cinnamon Creek Drive. The incident occurred during what was believed to be a plan between Sanks and his killer, John Anthony Scharringhausen, to commit a violent crime together.
