Earl Anthony-Blair Foster, a 27-year-old African American man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2020. Foster, who was a former University of Houston football player, was killed in a shooting at a gas station in the 2500 block of Almeda-Genoa Road in Houston.
