Robert A. Rodriguez, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on April 11, 2020, in Lubbock, Texas. Rodriguez was working at a Wendy's drive-thru when an altercation occurred with Rene Quintanilla, a customer who became upset over an order. The dispute escalated, and Quintanilla pulled out a gun and shot Rodriguez multiple times in the parking lot. Rodriguez was transported to University Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
