Devin Deshon Holland, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Lubbock, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2016. He was found dead following a shooting incident at 1909 67th Street in Lubbock. The incident occurred after a dispute over a wallet escalated, leading to a struggle over a gun that resulted in Devin being shot in the neck and chest.
