Madeline May Pendon, a 17-year-old girl from San Antonio, Texas, tragically passed away on April 20, 2020. She was born on August 12, 2002, to Dr. Joseph David Pendon and Dr. Rebecca May Wilson in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
