On June 10, 2023, 64-year-old Patricia Saucedo was found deceased in her home on East Chavaneaux Road in San Antonio, Texas. Her sister, 68-year-old Dores Campos, was present at the scene and admitted to emergency responders that she had shot Saucedo with a .22 caliber firearm, which was later recovered from the residence.
