Lee Redoux III, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on April 20, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. He was shot and killed by a San Antonio police officer during a confrontation. The incident occurred after Redoux was involved in a robbery at the Fairfield Inn and a subsequent car chase. During the chase, Redoux crashed his car and attempted to carjack a woman before engaging in a physical struggle with the officer, which led to the officer shooting him.
