Aaliyah Shenelle Avila-Green, a 19-year-old African American woman, tragically passed away on April 21, 2020, in Houston, Texas. Born on December 1, 2000, Aaliyah was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. She attended Hastings Alief High School and later joined the Job Corps.
