Her family, after not hearing from her for several weeks, officially filed a missing endangered person report with the West Frankfort Police Department on October 7, 2018. At the time of her disappearance, Lauren was described as a white female, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She has black hair and blue eyes. Additionally, she has piercings on her ears, nose, and upper lip. When last seen, she was wearing a gray sweatshirt, black leggings, and gray shoes, and was carrying a black Michael Kors purse with gold studs.
