Lauren Elizabeth Pree, a 28-year-old mother of twin daughters, was last seen in West Frankfort, Illinois, on September 20, 2018. She was reportedly leaving her home on the 800 block of West St. Louis Street and had been asking for a ride to Mount Vernon, Illinois. It is believed that she may have traveled to the Mount Vernon area around the time she went missing.
