Alexis Scott, a 20-year-old from Peoria, Illinois, was last seen in the early hours of September 23, 2017. She had attended a house party on Richmond Avenue, arriving sometime between 4:00 and 6:00 a.m. According to witnesses, Alexis reportedly left on foot around 5:30 a.m., but the exact details of her departure remain unclear.
