Carlos Manuel "Big Los" Galvan, an 18-year-old Hispanic male from San Angelo, Texas, tragically passed away on August 1, 2020. Carlos was known for his big heart and love for fishing, music, and spending time with family and friends. He was a 2020 graduate of Premier High School and had plans to attend UTI Technician Training School in Houston.
