Juan Florentino Ibarra Jr., a 29-year-old Hispanic male from San Angelo, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2008. He was found in the living room of his residence with at least one gunshot wound. The San Angelo Police Department responded to a report of gunshots at approximately 1:20 a.m. and pronounced him dead shortly after arrival.
