Juan Victorio Quintana, a 29-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on October 24, 2020, in San Angelo, Texas. Quintana was fatally shot in the upper right torso area while walking near the 600 block of East 20th Street. The incident occurred around 5:39 a.m., and Quintana was found lying on his back in a front yard.
