Manuel Castillo Ramos, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. He was discovered unresponsive inside a white Jeep Cherokee outside the French Colony Apartments at 1235 Hartsdale Drive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of Dallas Fire-Rescue, who transported him to a nearby hospital, Manuel Castillo Ramos succumbed to his injuries.
