On the night of September 25, 2020, 18-year-old Damien Xavier Rocha-Torres was tragically shot and killed inside a residence in the 2500 block of Camp Cooper Drive in Killeen, Texas. Rocha-Torres was with a group of acquaintances when a loud noise was heard, prompting family members to rush into the room and find him suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by officers and paramedics, Rocha-Torres succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
