Harold Lloyd Preston, a 65-year-old African American male, was a dedicated sergeant with the Houston Police Department. He tragically lost his life on October 20, 2020, while responding to a domestic disturbance call at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Holly Hall Street. Preston had served with the Houston Police Department for 41 years and was scheduled to retire in the coming weeks.
