Charles Lee Dade, a 51-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on March 25, 2022, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at a car wash on South Dairy Ashford Road near Richmond Avenue. Dade had just picked up his car from the mechanic and was accompanied by his son, Daniel Modicue, who is also African American. As they were washing their truck, two men in ski masks ambushed them.
