Rachel Brianne Witcher, a 21-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically passed away on March 9, 2021. She was born on September 4, 1999, and was known for her big heart, creativity, and love for animals. Rachel is survived by her parents, Christopher Witcher and Kelley Prewitt, as well as her sister, Mikki Witcher, and several other family members.
