On October 1, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., 29-year-old Martha Perez Enriquez was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas. The incident began in the 3400 block of Britton Avenue, where a suspect fired upon Perez Enriquez and a male companion outside a residence, wounding both. In an attempt to escape, the victims fled in a vehicle but soon collided with a parked car in the 2700 block of Britton Avenue, causing their vehicle to overturn.
