Carlos Roque, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. He was found shot inside his apartment on Ross Avenue, and his money and jewelry were stolen. The incident occurred around 3 p.m., and Carlos was declared dead at the scene. His family and friends gathered for a vigil, mourning the loss of a young man who had recently moved out of his family home to start his own life.
