He had several distinct features, including a scar on the left side of his forehead, a pierced nose, and a pierced tongue. He was last seen wearing a white Tommy Hilfiger shirt, blue jeans, a black leather winter jacket, and brown Lugz boots. The circumstances leading up to Jack's disappearance remain shrouded in uncertainty. Earlier that evening, he had been visiting a female friend. This friend reported that after they spent some time together, Jack left to walk home. She witnessed him walking down the road before a vehicle pulled up near the deli and he appeared to get inside. Concerns for his well-being grew as he was never heard from again. Adding to the distress of his loved ones, his personal items, such as his beeper and wallet which he usually carried, were found in the room he was renting.
