Juan Carlos Cruz, a 15-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2021, in Austin, Texas. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a mobile home park located just north of the intersection of U.S. 183 and Lamar Boulevard. Despite life-saving measures taken by Austin-Travis County medics, Juan Carlos was pronounced dead at the scene around 5:50 p.m.
