Deondre Perkins, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on April 25, 2021, in northwest Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. in the 5800 block of Golden Forest Drive, near Antoine Drive. Deondre had arrived at an apartment complex to visit a friend when a black Cadillac Escalade pulled up, and someone inside the vehicle fired more than a dozen shots at him.
