Phillip Joseph Rogers, a 42-year-old man, was tragically found dead in the driver's seat of his truck in a parking lot at 7408 South Sam Houston Parkway West in Houston, Texas, on March 5, 2022. Responding officers discovered Rogers suffering from gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead at the scene. The Houston Police Department classified his death as a suspected homicide. An autopsy conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences confirmed that Rogers died from gunshot wounds.
