Rene Ruiz, a 62-year-old man of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 3, 2018, in Houston, Texas. He was born on August 23, 1955, in San Antonio, Texas, to parents Jesse and Josie Ruiz. Rene was well-known in his community and had a successful career in the oil and gas industry, eventually becoming the Vice President of Gas Sales at Targa Resources in Houston.
