Mathew Nock, a 33-year-old man from Jacksonville, Texas, tragically died on May 3, 2021, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Myrtle Drive in Jacksonville. When police arrived at the scene, they found Mathew with the injury and he was later pronounced dead at UT Tyler after being flown from UT Health in Jacksonville.
