Jasmine Burrell, a 19-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on June 21, 2021, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. when Houston police responded to a shooting call in the 8000 block of Grow Lane. Upon arrival, officers discovered a black Cadillac with three shooting victims inside.
