On March 10, 2024, 34-year-old Ruthie McNeese tragically lost her life after being struck by a stray bullet outside the Vegas Hookah Bar and Grill in southwest Houston. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. when a dispute inside the establishment escalated and spilled into the parking lot.
