On November 12, 2024, 29-year-old Darrell Lynn Tikisha King was fatally shot at Ralston Discount Liquor, her workplace located at 14370 South Post Oak Road in Houston, Texas. A coworker discovered her body around 12:30 p.m., and responding officers found she had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including four to the back. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
