On July 22, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred at Margaret Jenkins Park in southeast Houston, Texas, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Autumn Vallian, who was five months pregnant. The incident took place around 1:14 a.m. during a birthday celebration attended by Vallian, her family, and friends.
