Keishawn Cornett, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2021, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot in the backseat of a car at an apartment complex located in the 8600 block of Pitner Road. Another victim, Lee Edwards, aged 19, was also shot during the incident and later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The two men were in the parking lot when an unidentified male suspect approached them, leading to an argument that escalated into gunfire. ...
