Nolberto Lopez, a 42-year-old Hispanic male, tragically passed away on September 6, 2021, in Houston, Texas. According to reports, Lopez was fatally shot in the 6600 block of Winfield Road. He was found deceased in the back seat of a pickup truck by patrol officers who responded to a shooting call. Witnesses in the pickup truck stated that they had left a gas station and were followed by a white, four-door Toyota.
