Julio Francisco Mole, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, tragically passed away on January 20, 2018, in Houston, Texas. He was outside his apartment on a second-story balcony when he was shot multiple times. The incident occurred around 6:50 p.m., and despite being transported to a nearby hospital, Julio was pronounced deceased.
