Shelton Fersner III, a 48-year-old African American male, was found dead on February 21, 2022, outside the Vista Del Rey Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. His body was discovered with a gunshot wound around 6:30 a.m. Witnesses reported hearing a man yelling and a gunshot around 2 a.m. that morning. Shelton Fersner III was pronounced dead at the scene.
