Dora Luz Santamaria Hernandez, a 40-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically died on March 27, 2022, in Dublin, Texas. She was fatally shot by her former boyfriend, Jesus Manuel Deleon, Sr., outside a trailer home on West Valley Street. The incident occurred around 8 p.m., and Deleon fled the scene in a black F-150 truck, which was later found in Hamilton County. Deleon was taken into custody on March 30, 2022, after crossing into Mexico and returning to Texas to turn himself in.
