Destinee Govan, also known as Lotta Cash Desto, was a 25-year-old rapper from Memphis who tragically lost her life on September 24, 2022, in Houston, Texas. She was fatally shot while driving a silver Porsche SUV on Richmond Avenue near Chimney Rock Road. Govan and her passenger were at a stoplight when two men exited a dark four-door vehicle and began shooting at them. Govan was pronounced dead at the scene, while her passenger was transported to a hospital with a gunshot wound.
