In the summer of 2016, a promising life was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. Dominique Rashad Turner, a 26-year-old man, was fatally wounded in a shooting on Thursday, July 28, 2016. He was discovered inside a vehicle at the intersection of 35th Street and Benton Boulevard in the late afternoon.
