Jaime Medina, an 18-year-old male from Harlingen, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2022. He was found shot and killed in the back seat of a friend's car near Westbound Expressway 83 Frontage Road, just east of Bass Boulevard. The Harlingen Police Department responded to the scene and took over the investigation from the Cameron County Sheriff's Department.
