Byron Pineda, a 32-year-old man from Harlingen, Texas, tragically passed away on January 20, 2016. He was fatally shot during a party at the Rosemont Apartments in Harlingen. The incident occurred following an altercation with 16-year-old Frank Alan Taylor, who was later charged with Pineda's murder.
