Guillermo "Willie" Garcia, a 41-year-old man of Hispanic ethnicity from Harlingen, Texas, tragically died on February 6, 2020. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the chest, and his body was discovered inside a parked car on the 3300 block of Adams Landing in Harlingen. The investigation into his death led to the arrest of Anthony Eliff III, who was Garcia's former roommate. Eliff was charged with Garcia's murder the following day.
