Bobby Lockhart, a 35-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2022. Lockhart was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred in the parking lot of a strip mall near Park Lane and Greenville Avenue. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m., when a suspect, later identified as Houston Littles IV, shot both Lockhart and another victim, Sirmiltons Evans, 29, before robbing them of their personal belongings.
