In the early hours of February 6, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting incident at the 9300 block of Skillman Street in Far Northeast Dallas. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Kenneth Jernigan lying on the ground in a parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds. Inside a nearby apartment, a woman was found with a gunshot wound to her arm. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the woman to a local hospital, where she was reported to be in stable condition. T ...
