On March 27, 2020, Richard Charles Horn Sr., a 50-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred just after 7 p.m. in the 4200 block of South Lamar Street. Upon arrival, police found Mr. Horn leaning against the driver's side of his vehicle, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
