Eduardo Ocampo-Mendez, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2019, in Dallas, TX. He was found dead in the front yard of a residence in the Pleasant Grove area after responding officers arrived at the scene around 1:35 a.m. A second person was also discovered at the scene with serious injuries and was transported to a hospital.
