Andre Ray Sandoval, a 27-year-old man from Vernon, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2022. Sandoval was known to sit in a field near the home of Bradford Thompson, a 54-year-old resident of Vernon. Thompson's wife had previously expressed discomfort with Sandoval's presence in the area. On the night of the incident, Thompson confronted Sandoval in the field and shot him multiple times, leading to Sandoval's death.
