Severo Losoya

Severo Losoya, a 55-year-old Hispanic male from Lubbock, Texas, was tragically killed on October 21, 2022. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. in the 200 block of North Avenue R, where Losoya was found with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to University Medical Center but was later pronounced dead.
