Severo Losoya, a 55-year-old Hispanic male from Lubbock, Texas, was tragically killed on October 21, 2022. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. in the 200 block of North Avenue R, where Losoya was found with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to University Medical Center but was later pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, but it was reported that Losoya was standing near his vehicle on the sidewalk when he was shot.
