Sean Douglas Musiiwa, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2019, in Augusta, Georgia. Sean was fatally shot in the early hours of the morning and was transported to Augusta University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly before 3 a.m. The incident occurred at 1035 Ellis Street in Augusta. According to Chief Deputy Coroner Kenneth Boose Sr., Sean was shot at least once, and an autopsy was scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
